Berserker is a Viking-inspired English mead created by Raven Forge, designed around the mythology and rugged imagery of the legendary Norse berserker warriors. Made from honey, it has a rich, deep-brown appearance and a deliberately less-sweet style than many traditional meads. Sweet honey is balanced by a distinctive, slightly tart character, giving it a fuller and more refreshing profile than its rich appearance suggests. At 14.5% ABV, it can be enjoyed chilled or over ice, while also working well in long drinks and cocktails.

Nose: Honey, wildflower, caramel, dried fruit, gentle spice, brown sugar, and subtle fermented fruit.

Palate: Rich honey, caramel, dried fruit, gentle tartness, floral notes, light spice, and a rounded sweetness.

Finish: Medium and warming, with lingering honey, dried fruit, gentle acidity, caramel, and soft spice.
