Nose: Green apple, ripe pear, vanilla, honey, citrus zest, toasted oak, shortbread, floral notes, cinnamon, and gentle baking spices.

Palate: Creamy vanilla, orchard fruits, caramel, honey, malted barley, toasted almonds, oak spice, butterscotch, nutmeg, and rich biscuit sweetness with an oily texture.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, ripe fruit, toasted oak, honey, gentle spice, and sweet malt.
