Detailed Description
Detailed Description
Binder’s Stash Private Remedy is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon selected as a private single-barrel release. Matured in charred American oak, the bourbon develops a concentrated profile of caramelized sugar, dark fruit, baking spices and mature oak. Its high-proof presentation preserves the intensity and texture of the selected barrel, bringing together rich sweetness, warming spice and a robust bourbon character. The single-barrel format means the whiskey reflects the distinctive qualities of an individual cask rather than a standardized blend.
Binders Stash Single Barrel Select 121 Proof 7 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich caramel, brown sugar and vanilla lead, followed by dark cherry, ripe plum and toasted oak. Cinnamon, nutmeg and hints of cocoa add warmth and depth.
Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with toffee, caramelized sugar and vanilla layered over dark fruit, cinnamon and black pepper. Roasted nuts, cocoa and charred oak add complexity, while the high proof amplifies the whiskey’s rich texture and spice.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark cherry, brown sugar, vanilla and toasted oak. Baking spices, dark chocolate and a touch of pepper gradually fade.
