High-Rye Bourbon mash aged for a minimum of three years in charred new American Oak barrels, finished in PX Sherry Casks.Well-rounded aromas of fig compote, almond butter, and black licorice lead to rich full-bodied flavors of orange marmalade and Madagascar vanilla bean.Long finish of sweet oak and ripe sultanas with perfectly balanced heat.

Nose: Notes of dried red fruit, caramel, and rye spice.

Palate: Caramel, sweet oak and dried fruit create a fantastic profile that is rich with delicious sherry flavor.

Finish: Sweet with caramel and vanilla slowly fading into a gentle rye spice.

Breckenridge Brewery is an American brewing company based in Littleton, Colorado. It was Colorado's third craft brewery.The distillery, situated at 9,600 feet above sea level, is the highest in the world. Massive snow fall and the glaciers atop Mt. Quandary, a 14,000 foot peak, provide pristine water with a unique ph balance which lends a distinctive flavor and texture.
