A highly limited 2026 small-batch release marking a new chapter for the King of Kentucky brand, traditionally known for single-barrel bourbon. Batch 2 is a blend of approximately 100 barrels aged between 12 and 18 years, selected from heat-cycled warehouses for their concentrated, mature character. The bourbon uses a 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley mash bill and is bottled without chill filtration at 107.5 proof.

Nose: Rich tobacco, vanilla, almond paste and marzipan lead into mature oak and caramel. Dark cherry, raspberry and gentle baking spice add a layer of ripe fruit.

Palate: Full-bodied and warming, with caramel, aged oak and tobacco followed by cinnamon, cherry pie and raspberry jam. Dark chocolate and vanilla provide a rich sweetness beneath the pronounced mature-wood character.

Finish: Long and crisp, with lingering red berries, cherry, vanilla and aged oak. Gentle cinnamon and warming barrel spice remain alongside a subtle tobacco character.

Brown-Forman is one of America’s major family-controlled spirits companies, founded in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1870 by George Garvin Brown. The company’s Louisville distilling heritage encompasses some of Kentucky’s most recognized whiskey brands. King of Kentucky itself dates back to 1881 and was revived by Brown-Forman in 2018 as an ultra-limited bourbon label. The 2026 Small Batch series represents the brand’s first move from its traditional single-barrel format into a three-batch small-batch collection.
