Commemorating the legacy of the noble Scottish Canmore dynasty, this single malt was carefully selected and matured for a dozen years in ex-bourbon barrels. Canmore is Gaelic for Great Chief – a nickname fondly given to King Malcolm by his people, over whom he reigned between 1051 and 1093. This is a fabulously versatile single malt, carefully balanced, making it ideal for sipping and mixing alike.

Canmore 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Chocolate buttons and buttered malt loaf, creamy vanilla, and crisp, green apple.

Palate: Gently cakey spice builds, with soft barley and mellow oak, a touch of orange zest and festive biscuits.

Finish: Lingering, delicate spice and floral vanilla pod, toasted oak with sweet, biscuity malt and a prickle of pepper.
