The story of Cartavio Rum Company S.A.C. dates back as far as 1929. Located in the Chicama valley in Peru, this valley has an exceptional geography that is optimal for cultivating the highest quality sugarcane; due to its arid climate and pure nutrient rich water source coming from the Andes Mountains.
