Nose: Nose is Subtle notes of baked Bartlett pear, warm cinnamon, vanilla and a delicate oak.
Palate: The palate is first sip, pepper and sweet oaky barrel flavors are notable with a nuanced vanilla extract taste.
Finish: The finish is the flavor comes back full circle to finish both sweet and spicy with a lingering black pepper note.
