Nose: Fresh plum, crunchy cookie, cinnamon-raisin bread, cooked Granny Smith apple, and dried fruit.

Palate: Succulent pear, salted melon, stone fruit, creamy dark chocolate-covered cherry, rich toffee, peat, and spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with charred oak, vanilla, dry spice, and lingering subtle smoke.

Distillery Information

Coors has a malting heritage dating back to 1878, long before the company expanded into whiskey production. Coors Whiskey Co. developed its spirits program around this longstanding expertise with malt, eventually introducing whiskey expressions that connect its brewing-grain heritage with American whiskey production. This 8-year-old release represents a more focused malt-forward direction for the brand, using Coors Malt and Colorado malt as key components. The whiskey was distilled in Kentucky and bottled as a highly limited release of 1,200 numbered bottles.
