Nose: Mild and sweet notes of orange, juniper, malt and fresh oak on the nose.
Palate: Taste of mild heather honey, sweet cereal, and green tannins from the medium toasted cask.
Finish: Long, clean, and slightly drying with lingering malt sweetness, soft oak, tea leaf bitterness, and gentle warming spice.
