Copper & Cask Small Batch Series #007 Double Oak Bourbon brings together 16 seven-year-old bourbon barrels distilled in Indiana and matured in Kentucky. The blend combines bourbon made from both traditional low-rye and high-rye mash bills, creating a balance of sweetness and spice. After blending, the whiskey is re-casked into a combination of new and used charred oak and STR barrels, adding further layers of wood influence and complexity. Bottled at barrel strength without chill filtration, it delivers a robust profile featuring vanilla, burnt sugar, fruit, and mature oak.
