Blended from rye whiskey aged for eight and ten years, it combines the distinctive spice of a 95% rye mash bill with the softer sweetness imparted by more than a year of rum-cask finishing. Rich notes of dark sugar, cinnamon, molasses, and candied citrus create a layered profile, balancing robust rye character with tropical sweetness. Bottled at cask strength, it offers a full-bodied, concentrated whiskey suited to slow sipping.

Nose: Rich fruitcake and dark sugar lead, followed by cinnamon candy, warm baking spices, and hints of tropical fruit from the rum-cask finish.
Palate: Bold rye spice combines with cracked black pepper, spiced chai, molasses, and candied orange peel. Sweet rum-cask influences bring a rounded, velvety character, with touches of caramel and dark sugar balancing the peppery grain.
