This combination creates a rich profile of dark fruit, brown sugar, molasses, and toasted sweetness, balanced by the grain’s distinctive spice. Bottled without chill filtration, it offers a concentrated and layered expression suited to slow sipping.

Nose: Ripe plum and brown sugar lead, accompanied by toasted oak, warm baking spices, and hints of dark fruit. Subtle vanilla and caramel add sweetness beneath the rye's peppery character.

Palate: Rich molasses and toasted marshmallow unfold alongside cherry pie, dark plum, and chai tea spices. Rye pepper and cinnamon provide structure, while the Tawny Port cask contributes fruity sweetness and the toasted oak adds depth.

Finish: Long and layered, with baked apple, clove, orange zest, and lingering rye spice. Dark fruit and toasted sweetness gradually fade into a warm oak finish.
