A mature 23-year-old Craigellachie distilled in 2003 and matured in a single refill bourbon cask before being bottled by Integrity Malts in June 2026. Cask #306749 produced just 93 bottles, allowing the robust Craigellachie spirit to remain at the center of the expression. The long bourbon-cask maturation brings together citrus, tropical fruit, vanilla, oak and developed spice.

Nose: Bright citrus and tropical fruit open with lemon zest, pineapple and ripe orchard fruit. Vanilla, fresh barley and polished oak develop underneath, with a subtle waxy and mature character.

Palate: Rich and creamy, showing vanilla, salted caramel and citrus zest alongside pineapple and other tropical fruit. Nutmeg, cinnamon and gentle oak spice add warmth, while the naturally weighty Craigellachie character remains prominent.

Finish: Long and warming, with sweet spices, citrus peel and lingering vanilla. Mature oak and soft tropical fruit gradually fade into a dry, gently spicy finish.

Distillery Information

Craigellachie Distillery was founded in 1891 in the heart of Speyside and is known for producing a particularly robust, muscular style of single malt. Its use of traditional worm-tub condensers contributes to the distillery's distinctive weight and character. Today Craigellachie is operated by John Dewar & Sons, part of Bacardi. Integrity Malts focuses on individually selected Scotch whisky casks, presenting them with an emphasis on the character and individuality of each cask.
