From the Welsh Dà Mhìle Distillery comes Seaweed Gin, which is made with a variation on their small batch gin, and then infused with seaweed from the Newquay coast for three weeks to impart a coastal character (and also imparts a very subtly green hue). Before it's bottled, Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin is triple filtered. It was designed to compliment seafood, which is rather interesting, so crack out the oysters! Why not try a Dirty Dà Mhìle Seaweed Martini? Combine 1 part Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, 2 parts Sweet Vermouth and 1 part Olive Juice in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an Olive. Seaweed Gin also makes a great G&T, try garnishing yours with .
