Dancing Anchor Old Tom Gin | 700ML

A terrific Old Tom gin from the gang at Dancing Anchor up in Derbyshire, splendid for adding a touch of sweetness to all the classic serves. Distilled with a selection of traditional botanicals, this gin is then infused with liquorice, candied peel, lavender, and local honey imparting a wonderfully silky, softly sweet character.

Nose: Aromatic on the nose with juniper, kaffir lime, orange and underlying warmth

Palate: Juniper and kaffir lime with orange and Asian spice notes.

Finish: Ginger and grains of paradise lead into a finish of lingering citrus and cassia.

Born in the heart of Dronfield, Derbyshire, Dancing Anchor Spirits is a local award winning distillery set up by Amy & David, both of whom share a passion for quality, interesting and flavourful products.We produce small batch artisan craft spirits, with an ever-growing range.The name Dancing Anchor Spirits derives from Amy & David’s links with the UK, Cayman Islands and Sardinia, all of which are Island Nations. The Anchor represents these links and forms part of the logo. As a couple we also share a rapture and love for dance music, so when creating the name and logo, we thought headphones would work well to give us our ‘Dancing Anchor’. Spirits, speaks for itself – we love a good spirit and what better way to show this by sharing our passion and creations, we opened our own distillery for all to enjoy!
