The Château de Lahitte produces Bas-Armagnac. Around the farm you will find old vines with the grape varieties Baco, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanch. For the cask storage, yhey use oak from the local forest. Darroze Collection Unique Vintage 1988 Château de Lahitte is bottled at 47.5% cask strength. This Bas-Armagnac has spent a full 30 years on oak barrels.

Nose: Nice golden color with brown tints. A fruity nose with orange peels, dry apricots, quince jam, vanilla and cinnamon.

Palate: A nice balance in the palate, with fruity notes again and the finish very spicy (pepper, cloves).

Finish: Very long.
