Nose: Aromas of blackcurrant jelly, pomegranate, cinnamon toast and warm ginger.
Palate: On the palate it brings suggestions of red berry fruits and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
Distillery Information
Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After gaining a foothold in Ireland's craft beer scene in the 1990s, the three decided to expand their range to spirits, including Whiskey and Gin.
