Distillerie du Gorvello in Brittany operates from a small family farm that specialises in growing cider apple trees. This brandy was distilled from a dry cider made especially with apples from the orchard before maturing for 12 years in oak barrels in the distillery cellar for a richly fruity profile, packed with aromatic, woody spice.
