RØØF24 Square is a French single rye whisky made entirely from malted rye grown at Domaine des Hautes Glaces. The rye undergoes an extended 140-hour fermentation before being double distilled over a wood fire. Initially matured in Cognac casks, the whisky is then finished for five months in Vin Jaune casks, giving it a distinctive combination of rye spice, fruit and oxidative wine character.

Nose: Black pepper, wet wood, Vin Jaune, toasted grain and earthy spice.

Palate: Creamy rye spice, roasted grain, curry, nuts, yellow fruit and oxidative wine notes.

Finish: Soft rye spice, almond, pepper and gentle lingering fruit.

Domaine des Hautes Glaces is an organic farm distillery located in the French Alps, in the Trièves region of southeastern France. The distillery was founded with a strong focus on agricultural production, growing its own grains and emphasizing the connection between the land and the whisky. Its whiskies are made from organically grown cereals and distilled using traditional methods, with maturation taking place in a variety of carefully selected casks. Domaine des Hautes Glaces has become known for its distinctive French approach to whisky, particularly its single rye and single malt expressions.
