Founded in Wales, made in Mexico, Don Levi uses 100% agave to make this premium blanco Tequila. Blue Weber agave is grown for seven to 10 years before harvesting, and then slowly roasted in brick ovens for between 36 and 54 hours. After slow fermentation with ambient yeasts and double distillation, this Tequila is bottled unaged, boasting balanced layers of herbaceous agave, elegant sweetness, and subtle spice.

Nose: Fresh cooked agave, citrus peel, lime zest, green herbs, white pepper, floral notes, and light earthy aromas.

Palate: Sweet agave, citrus, roasted pepper, vegetal herbs, vanilla, mineral notes, gentle spice, and a clean, smooth texture.

Finish: Fresh and medium in length, with lingering agave sweetness, citrus, pepper, herbal notes, and a gentle warmth.
