Detailed Description

Dragon's Milk Beer Barrel Bourbon is an American bourbon aged in new American oak barrels before being finished in casks that previously held Dragon's Milk stout. This distinctive maturation brings together traditional bourbon sweetness and the roasted malt character of craft beer. Notes of stone fruit and sweet grain combine with butterscotch, fresh bread, and rich, stout-influenced oak. Smooth and approachable, it offers a distinctive bridge between bourbon whiskey and Michigan's craft brewing tradition.
