Through the years PJ Rigney has taken many journeys. From the rural wilds of Drumshanbo to the mountains of Macedonia, to the Eastern Province of Zhejiang, China, where each of 12 intriguing botanicals were added to PJ Rigney's secret tabernacle.

Nose: Impressive and charming nose.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Long, warming finish.

Distillery Information

Building off the eastern traditions he'd picked up along his travels including the distilling of fruit, herbs, and botanicals, PJ envisioned a new spirit: a botanical gin that also incorporated Chinese gunpowder green tea and the local Irish herb meadowsweet (growing right in Drumshanbo).
