Nose: Fresh apple blossom and ripe pear lead with delicate orchard fruit, soft cereal sweetness and a clean, creamy character.

Palate: Crisp and exceptionally smooth, with fresh apple, pear and subtle natural sweetness. The potato spirit adds a rounded, creamy texture while the apple base keeps the profile bright and clean.

Finish: Clean, soft and lightly sweet, with lingering apple blossom, pear and gentle creamy notes. The finish is smooth and refreshing.

Distillery Information

Dutch Barn Vodka is produced at Ellers Farm Distillery in North Yorkshire, England. The distillery was built in 2021 and Dutch Barn officially launched in 2022, using British apples as the foundation for its vodka. Ricky Gervais joined the business as co-owner and creative leader in November 2023. The distillery focuses on small-batch production and sustainable use of British agricultural ingredients.
