Eminente Gran Reserva Edition No.2 is an elegant Cuban rum created by César Martí, Cuba’s First Rum Master, inspired by 19th-century molasses eaux-de-vie. It blends rich, aromatic aguardiente with light rum for balance and vitality, then ages for at least 10 years before a four-month finish in Sauternes casks, adding notes of honey, candied fruit, and spice.
