A comforting premium rum from Bacardi's Facundo range, named after the company's founder. Rums aged up to 8 years are blended and then charcoal filtered to remove the colour for aged notes in a silver rum. This may seem like an unusual process, especially to whisky fans, but Bacardi are experts of the art, maintaining plenty of gorgeous character.

Facundo NEO | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Straight in with vanilla, marzipan, toffee apples, banana, leafy notes and blossoms.

Palate: Smooth and creamy vanilla, coconut, apple, sultana, banana and pepper.

Finish: Crisp with some oak spice.

Bacardi is one of the most popular rums in the world. Bacardi has a long history, dating back to the early 19th century. Bacardi is made from sugar cane and is known for its smooth taste. Bacardi is a versatile rum that can be used in a variety of cocktails. Bacardi was established by a Spaniard who emigrated to Cuba during the early 20th century. Don Facundo Bacardi Masso was born in 1814 in Catalonia and arrived in Santiago in his early teens. Facundo set about producing smooth, refined rums. His methods involved barrel ageing and charcoal filtration. Along with brother José, Facundo Bacardi established the distillery in 1862.
