An exceptionally mature 19-year-old Barbados rum distilled at Foursquare in 2006 and independently bottled through a collaboration between The Wealth Spirit and Milroy's of Soho. Matured for its full 19 years in an ex-rum cask, this single-cask release develops considerable depth while preserving the elegant tropical character associated with Foursquare. Vanilla and polished oak lead into ripe banana, pineapple and creamy coconut, followed by caramel, toasted coconut and dark chocolate. Bottled at a natural strength of 50.6% ABV and limited to just 175 bottles, it is a rich, velvety and highly concentrated example of long-aged Barbadian rum.

Nose: Bold and spice-forward, with polished oak and waves of vanilla. Ripe banana and tropical fruit gradually emerge alongside creamy coconut and a rich, velvety sweetness.

Palate: Rich tropical fruit, ripe banana and pineapple combine with caramel sweetness and toasted coconut. Dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg add depth and warmth beneath the mature oak influence.

Finish: Long, warming and slightly dry, with lingering vanilla, refined oak spice and fading tropical fruit.

Foursquare Rum Distillery is located in Barbados and is regarded as one of the Caribbean's leading producers of traditional, characterful rum. The distillery is known for combining pot-still and column-still distillates and for its strong emphasis on authentic maturation and minimal intervention. Samaroli was founded in 1968 by Silvano Samaroli and became one of the most influential independent bottlers in the world, initially gaining fame through rare Scotch whisky before expanding into highly collectible rum selections. Its bottlings are celebrated for their careful cask selection and distinctive presentation, with rare single-cask releases such as this 2001 Foursquare demonstrating the company's long-standing appreciation for exceptional aged spirits.
