Nose: Dark raisins, figs, dates, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, roasted pecans, cocoa, leather, orange peel, and warm baking spices.

Palate: Rich caramel, molasses, Pedro Ximénez sweetness, dried cherries, figs, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cinnamon, clove, toasted oak, and sweet tobacco with a bold, oily texture.

Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, vanilla, dark chocolate, toasted oak, leather, baking spices, and rich sherry sweetness.

Distillery Information

Founded in 2006 in Hye, Texas, Garrison Brothers Distillery is widely regarded as the first legal bourbon distillery established in Texas. The distillery produces authentic grain-to-glass bourbon using locally sourced corn, wheat, and barley, with every barrel aged under the state's extreme climate, accelerating interaction between the whiskey and the oak.
