Nose: Sweet vanilla and caramel open with bright cherry and orange, followed by toasted oak, soft baking spice and hints of ripe orchard fruit.

Palate: Smooth and rounded, with vanilla, toffee and brown sugar layered with cherry, orange peel and gentle baking spice. Charred oak adds structure without overwhelming the sweeter character.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering almond toffee, vanilla and toasted oak. A gentle spice and dry oak note remain toward the end.
