This whiskey is a 13-year-old Tennessee whiskey from George Dickel. It was distilled in the spring of 2007 and bottled in bond. It is made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, and is aged in charred American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a strength of 50% ABV. It has a light amber color and aromas of sweet corn, honey, and oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavors of oak, caramel, and a hint of spice.
