Built on the traditional juniper foundation of Gin MG, it incorporates locally inspired botanicals including Spanish tangerine, pine, fig and bay leaf, alongside a delicate saline nuance recalling the nearby sea. Lighter and more approachable than a classic London Dry style, Brisa combines vibrant citrus with green herbal freshness and subtle maritime character.

Nose: Aromatic juniper and fresh pine lead the way, followed by bright Spanish tangerine and vibrant citrus. Green herbal notes and a subtle Mediterranean freshness add further complexity.

Palate: Fresh and citrus-forward, with tangerine arriving first before pine and aromatic herbs develop across the palate. Bay leaf and delicate fig add a rounded Mediterranean character, balanced by a subtle saline touch.

Finish: Smooth, fresh and pleasantly aromatic, with lingering citrus, pine and herbal notes. A gentle bay-leaf dryness and subtle saline nuance leave a clean, coastal impression.
