A bottling of 15 years old Glenfarclas to celebrate 15 years of the Glenfarclas Cross-Country Chase, which is held as part of the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival. A very well balanced Speyside from one of the last family owned distilleries in Scotland.

Nose: Complex and sherried with a light butterscotch aroma and a hint of dried fruit.

Palate: Full bodies with a superb balance of Sherry sweetness and malty tones.

Finish: Longlasting. This is gloriously sherried with a sweet and distinguished departure.

Distillery Information

There is evidence that the distillery first started operations sometime before 1791. The distillery was first granted a licence in 1836 when it was run by Robert Hay. On 8 June 1865 it was bought by John Grant and is still owned and run by his descendants, making it truly independent.
