God Enoc Ultra Aged Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit, cinnamon, and cooked agave.

Palate: Rich and full-bodied — toffee, honeyed agave, vanilla cream, milk chocolate, baking spice, and deep oak with fig and raisin notes.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering caramel sweetness, oak spice, and a soft dry woody fade.

God Enoc is produced in Jalisco, Mexico under a licensed NOM facility, operating as a sourced tequila brand rather than a standalone distillery. It is made at a shared production site that can produce multiple tequila brands under different labels within the NOM system. Production uses 100% blue Weber agave and follows traditional tequila methods including slow cooking, fermentation, distillation, and extended barrel aging for ultra-aged expressions. The brand focuses on luxury presentation and heavily aged tequila profiles rather than estate-driven production.
