A limited-edition expression of Havana Club 7 Años created in collaboration with German rapper Kelvyn Colt and released in 2019. The underlying rum is aged for a minimum of seven years in Cuba, developing the rich, rounded character associated with Havana Club’s flagship aged rum. Expect a combination of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit and warm Cuban spice, balanced by a gentle molasses sweetness. The Kelvyn Colt edition features specially designed packaging while retaining the classic 7 Años liquid.

Nose: Rich molasses, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, followed by dried fruit, light tobacco and warm baking spices.

Palate: Smooth and moderately full-bodied, with brown sugar, vanilla, caramelized fruit and cocoa alongside oak, coffee and subtle spice.

Finish: Medium-long and warming, with lingering vanilla, toasted wood, dark caramel, spice and a gentle dry tobacco note.

Distillery Information

Havana Club was founded in 1934 in Cárdenas, Cuba, and has become one of the most recognizable names in Cuban rum. Its production follows traditional Cuban rum-making practices, including the maturation and blending of different rum components under the direction of experienced Maestros del Ron Cubano. The brand places particular importance on carefully aged reserves and the art of blending to achieve consistency and depth. Havana Club 7 Años is one of its most established aged expressions and has played an important role in introducing richer Cuban rum to international drinkers. The brand remains closely associated with Cuba's historic rum-making heritage.
