This junmai expression is produced from a base of yamada nishiki rice and boasts a wonderfully crisp profile of fresh orchard fruits and tangy, floral hedgerow berries. Bottled pure, without any distilled alcohol, this ought to pair rather nicely with hard cheeses and canapés.
