High West Mountain Gin

High West Mountain Gin is a small-batch American gin inspired by the alpine landscape surrounding Park City, Utah. Distilled from a grain-neutral spirit and infused with botanicals including juniper, coriander, citrus and mountain herbs, it combines a classic gin backbone with a distinctly Western character. Bright citrus and pine complement earthy sage, floral notes and gentle spice. Crisp and dry, it is equally suited to a Gin & Tonic, Martini or sipping neat.

Nose: Alpine pine, juniper and citrus zest with wild herbs, floral notes and subtle spice.

Palate: Crisp and aromatic, with juniper, orange and lemon citrus, coriander, wild thyme, mint and earthy mountain herbs.

Finish: Clean and dry, with lingering citrus, juniper, alpine herbs and a gentle peppery spice.

Distillery Information

High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins in Park City, Utah. The distillery began with a small operation in a historic livery stable and saloon before growing into one of Utah's best-known whiskey producers. High West is particularly recognized for its American whiskey blends, but its Mountain Gin extends the brand's mountain-inspired identity into gin. Produced in Park City, the gin uses aromatic botanicals to create a distinctly alpine interpretation of American gin.
