Nose: Heather smoke, honey, vanilla, citrus peel, dried fruit, sea breeze, toasted oak, and gentle floral notes.

Palate: Golden syrup, orchard fruit, vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger, soft peat smoke, and maritime salinity.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of heather smoke, oak spice, honey, dried fruit, and coastal minerality.

Highland Park was founded in 1798 on the Orkney Islands of Scotland and is one of the world’s most northerly whisky distilleries.
