Historias y Memorias Joven Artesanal Mezcal

Historias y Memorias is an artisanal Mezcal made in San Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico by Maestro Mezcalero Jose Luis Hernández. The agave is crushed by horse drawn tahona and then fermented using natural yeast for 5-8 days in open wooden vats.
