Hogback Distillery's High Wheat Bourbon is a smooth and flavorful whiskey crafted with a unique mash bill of 60% corn, 36% wheat, and 4% malted barley. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak barrels, it has a complex and robust nose with notes of sweet vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. Its palate is rich and creamy with a hint of spiciness, and its taste is a delightful blend of honey, caramel, and toasted wood.
