The company "Imperial Vin" , until 1998 was called "Strugur Solaris", was founded in 1977. The winery is located in the south of Moldova. Vineyards "Imperial Vin" occupy 500 hectares, they are located along the Prut River, in the valley of the natural, specially protected landscape reserve "Tigetski Kodry". Climatic conditions allow the cultivation of various autochthonous and international grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Aligote, Chardonnay, Riesling, Traminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat Ottonel, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Fetyaska Belaya and others. The manufacturing processes and products of the plant are certified and confirms compliance with the quality and food safety standards ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The plant's capacities allow to collect and process up to 15 thousand tons of grapes per year. Filling of quiet wines makes up to 50 thousand bottles per day. "Imperial Vin" wines are exported to more than 20 countries.
