Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre is a premium Mexican spirit made with 100% Agave. It is produced in the state of Sonora, Mexico, and is made from wild agave plants that are harvested in the surrounding desert regions. The agave is cooked and fermented with yeast, and then distilled twice to produce a smooth, flavorful spirit. Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre has a unique flavor that is described as being sweet, earthy, woody and herbal with a hint of spice. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
