Koval Single Barrel Four Grain Craft Whisky Club Cask Number # 6697 is an American single malt whiskey produced by Koval Distillery in Chicago, Illinois. This particular cask was distilled in April 2018 and bottled in December 2019, yielding 150 bottles. The whiskey is made from four grains: oats, wheat, rye and barley. It is then aged in a new, charred American oak cask for one year. The whiskey has a light golden color and a delicate nose of oak and fresh fruit. On the palate, there are notes of toffee, honey, baking spices and vanilla. Its finish is smooth and slightly sweet.
