Nose: Wafts of wood smoke and toasted rye, elegant oak char, spiced apple.

Palate: Complex smoke, with woody spice and earthy minerality. A touch of menthol is balanced by sweet cereal and blackberry.

Finish: Dark plum, peppercorns, singed herbs, burnt brown sugar.
