La Diablada Moscatel Pisco Liqueur

This is a puro pisco meaning that this is the product of only one grape. In this case, it is the moscatel grape which is an aromatic grape. At the moment, this is only available in Peru, but there are plans for a release to the US in the fall of 2015.

Nose: There's an elegance found on the nose with rose petals (and the green leaves of the flower) and red fruit.

Palate: The flavors follow suit with a gentle cooked pear and amber honey sweetness.

Finish: The finish is herbal (think shiso/perilla leaves) and a hint of green olives.
