This secondary maturation introduces distinctive bourbon-cask character while allowing the tequila’s cooked-agave foundation to remain prominent. Notes of caramelized corn, honey, vanilla, and toasted oak complement bright agave sweetness and subtle herbal spice. The result is a layered reposado that brings together the traditional tequila character of Jalisco and the grain-driven richness of Texas bourbon barrels.
