Back in the late 1800s, Langs Banana Rum was first released. At some point between then and now, it disappeared from shelves. This is not where the story ends, however, as that would be incredibly anti-climactic. So, in 2020, Langs Banana Rum has returned! Built around a base of aged and unaged Jamaican rum, produced in pot and column stills, and infused with natural fruit flavours, this is an enjoyably bright and funky spirit. Expect notes of caramel, freshly crushes spices and plenty of banana brilliance!
Langs Banana Jamaican Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Natural ripe banana with hints of toffee and authentic tropical fruity and earthy aromas.
Palate: On taste there is a thick syrupy mouthfeel, followed by a big hit of sweet banana.
Finish: Once the initial hit of sweet banana fades the smooth rum notes build to a fruity finish.
