A powerful 15-year-old Ledaig distilled in 2011 and matured in a single bourbon cask before being bottled in 2026. Produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, this expression combines Ledaig’s distinctive maritime peat with the sweeter influence of bourbon oak.

Nose: Coastal peat smoke and sea spray lead into charred wood, lemon zest and orchard fruit. Vanilla, baked apple and a touch of honey add sweetness beneath the maritime character.

Palate: Rich and smoky, with earthy peat, barbecue embers and salted caramel alongside baked apple, vanilla cream and citrus zest. Pepper, oak spice and salted toffee build through the mid-palate.

Finish: Long, warming and distinctly maritime, with lingering peat smoke, ash, sea salt and oak spice. Citrus and sweet bourbon-cask notes remain beneath the smoky, coastal character.

Integrity Malts is an independent Scotch whisky bottler focused on carefully selected single-cask and small-batch releases. Founded in 2024, the company emphasizes natural colour, non-chill filtration, natural cask strength and clearly stated age and cask information. Ledaig is the heavily peated single malt produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, a historic distillery founded in 1798 and known for its distinctly maritime style.
