Long Road Distillers Straight Bourbon is being released at the distillery and statewide in Michigan come April. It is bottled at 93 proof.This bourbon, to that end, fills this niche – its mash bill consists of corn and wheat from Heffron Farms in Belding, Michigan, and malted barley.

Nose: Subtle vanilla candy on the nose.

Palate: Sweet notes of caramelized pecan on the palate.

Finish: Long, creamy finish.
