Nose: Vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, toasted pecan, orange zest, baking cinnamon, soft oak char, and hints of sweet yam-like earthiness with light cherry glaze.
Palate: Rich and rounded with caramel, vanilla custard, brown sugar, baked sweet potato, toasted oak, cinnamon spice, and subtle cocoa. The wheated mash bill keeps the texture soft and creamy even at higher proof.
Finish: Long, warm, and gently spicy with lingering oak, vanilla, baking chocolate, caramelized sugar, and soft baking spice.
