With a combination of white corn, rye, and malt in the mash bill, and aged in a single barrel with a #4 char to it, this expression packs oodles of vanilla, caramel, and spiced oak notes. It's bottled up at a robust 56.7% ABV, so a drop of water might help to unlock some of its deeper flavours.

Nose: Brown sugar and cassia, with a waft of buttered corn underneath.

Palate: Quite chocolatey, though vanilla and oak spices still at its heart.

Finish: Toffee, walnut, coffee bean, and cask char.
